Finance Business Partner

Our client is a well established business operating within the FMCG and Ecommerce Industry with the UK Head Office Ideally located within Staffordshire.

As a result of continued expansion, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a commercially focused, qualified accountant to join the business as Finance Business Partner.

Overview

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding financial strategies and ensuring robust financial management across the organisation.

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organisation's goals.

Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial understanding and accountability.

Lead initiatives to optimise financial operations and improve efficiency.

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be / have:

- At least 3 years experience in similar role.

- CIMA or ACCA qualified.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration across teams.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

- Excel to an advanced level.

- SAP B1 experience would be an advantage.
