We are seeking a fully qualified Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is adept at using financial analysis to influence business decisions and drive business success. The successful candidate will be a key player in strategic planning and enhancing financial performance.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Develop financial models and conduct analysis to support investment decisions and business cases.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and recommend actions.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets, providing variance analysis and commentary.
• Act as a bridge between finance and operations, ensuring financial policies and procedures are understood and followed.
• Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
• Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and experience with financial systems and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
