No two days are the same:
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be working closely with operational teams, providing financial insight that helps drive performance.

• Ownership of end-to-end monthly management accounts.
• Reviewing cost allocations to ensure accuracy.
• Producing detailed variance analysis and commercial reporting.
• Weekly flash forecasting for your business unit.
• Owning the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting process.
• Supporting bids, tenders, and strategic initiatives with financial insight.

Is this for you?
To succeed as a Finance Business Partner, you'll need:

• A professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) or equivalent experience (QBE).
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Confidence in presenting data-driven insights to senior leaders.
• The ability to challenge and improve existing processes.
