Job Description - Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join one of our top clients near Membury, Devon on a permanent basis. As a highly driven and focused Business Partner you will be responsible for producing insightful financial forecasts and profitability scenarios that support the businesses strategic aims.

The Role of Finance Business Partner:

Produce reports to analyse revenue and profitability with a view to drive gross profit across various workstreams
Complete month end closing, prepare annual budgets and cashflows and produce management reports
Identify improvements and review processes to ensure they run efficiently and effectively
Ensure plans reflect up to date performance issues, are robust and owned by the business

The Ideal Candidate for a Finance Business Partner:

ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified
Confident in making decisions
Fully competent with Microsoft Excel modelling skills
An analytical thinker with a methodical approach to analysis
A minimum 3 years working within a similar Finance Business Partner position

The package:

£50,000 - £55,000 experience dependant
A Discretionary hybrid working pattern
25 Days Holiday + Bank holidays
