Finance Business Partner

Marks Sattin is delighted to be supporting a dynamic manufacturing business with the recruitment of a new Finance Business Partner to join their team in Sheffield.

About the Role:

As their Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in driving business performance through insightful financial analysis and strategic support. Working closely with operational teams, you'll use Power BI to develop and enhance their reporting suite, helping the business make data-led decisions across production, supply chain, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve reporting and visibility
• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes
• Analyse manufacturing and operational data to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
• Present financial results and performance analysis to senior stakeholders
• Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at business improvement

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE with strong commercial acumen
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel essential
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
