Finance Business Partner

We’re supporting a leading Retail/FMCG brand experiencing exceptional year-on-year growth. This is a newly created Finance Business Partner role sitting at the core of their high-performing commercial finance function. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business—up to Exec level—providing insight and challenge to support decision-making in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with key commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge, and support on performance, growth, and profitability

• Deliver high-quality budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling

• Analyse sales, margin, and promotional performance to drive commercial outcomes

• Support business cases and investment proposals with robust financial analysis

• Present key findings to senior leadership, including Exec-level stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and financial planning processes

About You:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong FP&A or business partnering experience

• Previous experience in a Retail, FMCG or fast-paced consumer environment is highly desirable

• Commercially sharp with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Confident communicator with the credibility to influence at senior levels

• Proactive, energetic, and thrives in a fast-moving business
