• Partner with senior stakeholders across operations and commercial teams to provide financial insights and strategic support

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across assigned business units

• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve profitability

• Prepare and present monthly management reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards

• Challenge and influence decision-making through data-driven insights and financial modelling

• Support business cases and investment appraisals for key projects and initiatives

• Collaborate with wider finance team to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in financial processes and systems

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
