Finance Business Partner

Location: Burton

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (commensurate with experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding group company. You will play a pivotal role influencing key business decisions by delivering financial reports and insights to the leadership team.

Duties include:

• Production of financial reports including month end support
• Provide financial insights and strategies to the leadership team
• Conduct cost analysis, ensuring costs are accurately reported
• Carry out data analysis and provide performance reports
• Assist with capital expenditure projects
• Assist with forecast and budget preparation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications / Experience:

• CIMA / ACA / ACCA Qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a similar finance role
• Possess excellent Excel skills
• Be a confident communicator with the ability to challenge assumptions at varied levels
• Possess a positive attitude and strong commercial acumen
