Are you a part-qualified accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for Excel? Our client, a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation based in Cannock, is looking for a driven Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a commercially-focused role where you'll support decision-making and add real value across the business. It would ideally suit someone with strong management accountant experience looking to develop on their business partnering skills.

About the Role
Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders, you'll act as a key link between finance and the wider business. You'll use your strong analytical skills and Excel expertise to deliver meaningful insights, support planning processes, and drive performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports

• Build strong working relationships across departments

• Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and efficiency

• Monitor and manage cost control initiatives

• Continuously improve reporting processes and Excel-based tools

• Provide ad hoc commercial analysis to support business decisions

What We're Looking For

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong Excel skills

• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders

• Commercially minded and keen to develop within a business partnering role

• Proactive and solutions-focused, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
