Broster Buchanan is proud to be representing a highly respected client in the manufacturing sector, currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their Commercial Finance team.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with UK and International Sales Teams, providing insight, challenge, and financial support to drive commercial performance and improve decision-making. You will play a key role in reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with the business to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Business partnering with Sales Teams to support pricing, promotions, and new product development
• Analysis and commentary on financial results, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process across key markets
• Reviewing trade spend and promotional activity
• Maintaining financial controls and ensuring adherence to business procedures
• Contributing to improvements in commercial reporting and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive team player with a drive for continuous improvement

Desirable:

• Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment
