Responsibilities:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will…

• Lead and develop a team of 8, consisting of analysts and Finance Managers
• Partner with multiple operational business units to deliver actionable insight and challenge performance
• Lead on P&L analysis, translating financial data into clear strategic direction
• Sign off on management account and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Influence senior non-financial stakeholders by presenting financials in an accessible, meaningful way
• Support business planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making initiatives

Requirements:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will need…

• ACA/CIMA/ACA qualification (or studying)
• Proven experience in a strategic finance or FP&A/Business Partnering role
• Strong commercial acumen, and ability to drive profitability through insightful analysis
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence and explain complex financial data to non-finance colleagues
