Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a thriving manufacturing company in Bath. This role will focus on providing valuable financial insights and support to ensure informed decision-making within at the senior leadership level.

Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and strategic advice.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the business unit.
• Support the decision-making process by delivering accurate and timely financial data.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements within the business.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to non-financial managers, translating complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working within a hybrid working environment is desirable.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £45000 to £55000 dependent on experience.
