The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance through collaboration, insight, and continuous improvement, acting as a trusted advisor across the organisation. • Partner with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and improve profitability
• Deliver accurate and insightful monthly reporting for assigned sites
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for business areas
• Drive efficiency across finance processes and reporting
• Own the P&L and support planning through balance sheet understanding
• Share best practices across the finance business partnering team

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with commercial finance experience
• Strong Excel skills; NetSuite and Power BI experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance teams
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach
