Finance Business Partner

This is a true Finance Business Partner role – not one buried in routine, but one where you’ll be influencing strategic decisions, shaping budget cycles, and driving commercial performance from the centre of a high-growth business.

Working directly with the Commercial Finance Director, and partnering closely with MDs and senior stakeholders, you’ll provide insight, challenge, and support across the business. From building and owning group-wide budgets to delivering data-led narratives that drive change – this is a broad, high-impact role for someone who wants to play a bigger part in the bigger picture.

The Opportunity…

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

• Acting as a true business partner, influencing senior stakeholders and promoting a performance-driven culture through financial understanding
• Translating complex data into clear, compelling insight to support decisions, challenge assumptions, and spark debate
• Interpreting monthly financials, KPIs, and trends to highlight opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform action
• Supporting the development of business plans and forecasts, enabling strategic decision-making by analysing performance, spotting trends, and telling the story behind the numbers
• Identifying and driving initiatives that improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency
• Championing change and continuous improvement across commercial and financial processes

Your Experience…

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with FP&A and commercial finance experience
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving performance through insight
• Able to connect the dots across complex data sets and turn numbers into narratives
• Experience leading or supporting budgeting processes across multi-site or decentralised businesses
