Job Description - Finance Business Partner

Broster Buchanan are proud to be working with a growing FMCG business just outside of Ely who are looking for a Qualified Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.

You will be Using financial expertise to influence decision-making and contribute to the company's success. Work with finance leadership and SLT to continue to develop finance as a business partner to the rest of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
FP&A:

Identify, build, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
Provide trend-based commercial insights and analysis.
Deliver insightful and targeted operational and financial analysis.
Dive deeply into operational and financial data to become a subject matter expert and provide added insight.
Support company-wide projects and strategic initiatives with financial input.
Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
Make recommendations to enhance operational and financial performance.
Present insights into key financial drivers in monthly reporting decks for SLT.
Regularly update and refine financial models to reflect changes in business activity and performance.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to support informed decision-making.
