Description

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with not-for-profit sector financial practices is a plus.
