Finance Business Partner

Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a global business to recruit a bright and dynamic Logistics/Transport Finance Business Partner.

Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider business functions, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analytics in order to drive operational performance.

Duties Include:

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to compile accurate and timely Management Accounts
• Developing and maintaining robust budgeting processes
• Analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances
• Consolidate forecasts from various business units into a cohesive narrative
• Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external business functions
• Continuous evaluation of financial processes and systems

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with UK Logistics, Transport or FMCG experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary and benefits:

The role of Finance Business Partner is £55,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and a newly implemented company car scheme.
