Finance Business Partner

A FTSE 250 listed organisation are expanding and looking for a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing EMEA Finance supply chain team.

With a Central London base, this hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with fortnightly visits to the regional headquarters for in-person collaboration.

As a key member of the Supply Chain Finance team, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the Supply Chain Management function. You’ll drive strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, robust financial planning, and dynamic reporting. Your work will directly influence how they balance cost, service, and performance whilst supporting best practice across Finance in the use of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver senior-level financial decision support across the Supply Chain function
• Lead monthly management accounts and financial planning cycles
• Provide deep-dive analysis and commercial insight to drive performance
• Develop and maintain a consistent suite of insightful financial and operational reports
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecast, translating objectives into robust financial plans and KPIs
• Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with various departments including the supply chain management team and regional finance teams to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management

What We’re Looking For

• Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong grasp of management accounts and financial cycles
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a commercial focus
• Experience in a global B2B or distribution business ideal
• Exposure to digital transformation and tools like Power BI and SAP, desirable
