Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent knowledge.
• Demonstrable experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools for reporting and forecasting.
• An ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector or similar industries is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
