Finance Business Partner

Are you a finance professional with strong communication skills and a background in accounting, ready to take the next step in your career? My client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their welcoming and collaborative team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You'll play a key role in supporting business performance through budgeting and month-end management.

Responsibilities:

• Line management of Account Receivable and Account Payable Officers
• Month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Annual budget reviews and preparation of 5 year forecasts
• Budget forecasting monthly with variance analysis and investigation
• Management of bank accounts and reconciliation of all monies
• Support with annual audits

Your core skills and attributes as a Finance Business Partner include:

• AAT Level 4
• Prior experience managing a small team
• Strong management accounting knowledge
• Confident and resilient
• A hunger for professional growth and development
