• You'll work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions with real-time financial insight. From budgeting and forecasting to M&A and commercial analysis - no two weeks will be the same.

• You'll be supported by a collaborative team who champion development and ambition.

• Collaborate with business units to create insightful, data-led financial plans aligned to strategic goals.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance packs for senior leadership and shareholders.

• Analyse sales, pricing, margins and cost structures to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

• Act as a true business partner, advising senior stakeholders and shaping decisions with confidence and clarity.

• Get involved in M&A, due diligence, and business model analysis - a rare opportunity to expand your toolkit in a dynamic setting.

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience

• Strong commercial acumen and a knack for turning complex data into simple, compelling insights

• Confident communicator with a proactive, curious mindset

• A solid grounding in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
