Finance Business Partner

LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a market-leading UK organisation who are seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to join its expanding finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to act as a strategic advisor to the business, using your financial expertise and data-driven insights to influence key decisions and drive performance.

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with the company's long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to develop budgets and forecasts that support business objectives.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to influence commercial and operational decisions.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against targets and conduct variance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Support strategic projects with financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and external regulations.
• Mentor and support junior finance colleagues to foster team growth and capability.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent ).
• Strong commercial acumen and experience working in a business-facing finance role.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The role is being recruited on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week required in the Crawley office.

Salary is £65-75k plus good bonus and benefits.
