Finance Business Partner

FRS are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a rapidly growing group of companies with one of their sites based in Bolton.

Reporting into the Finance Director, you will lead as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing financial insight, analysis and guidance that supports decision-making, improves financial performance, and drives business growth. Suitable candidates will be fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA) & you will also have proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role alongside having strong analytical skills.

Duties Will Include

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and reports to support operational and strategic decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for designated business areas
• Challenge business performance constructively to ensure alignment with financial targets and objectives
• Translate complex financial data into meaningful, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Partner with operational teams to evaluate business cases, cost-saving initiatives and investment decisions
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing early warning on potential variances from budget or forecast
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and corporate governance
• Support month-end close processes, variance analysis and reporting for relevant departments
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and business partnering practices
