On behalf of our client we're recruiting for a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and collaborative finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting cost control, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business.

As Finance Business Partner, you will take ownership of the preparation and reporting of corporate cost financials, working closely with senior stakeholders. You will be a key contributor in month-end processes, forecasting, and strategic planning, providing meaningful insights that help drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the financial reporting and analysis of corporate costs

• Prepare and post month-end journals and working files, including variance analysis

• Partner with managers to manage Opex and Capex actuals and forecasts

• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset registers, and intercompany statements

• Present monthly financial performance to SLT

• Calculate and communicate internal recharges to business units and raise supporting invoices

• Support year-end audit with timely and accurate documentation

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial controls

Skills & Requirements:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA part-qualified, or equivalent relevant experience

• Proven experience in management accounts and financial business partnering

• High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to senior leadership

• Solid Excel skills

• Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
