Description

• Collaborate with departmental heads to develop and monitor budgets effectively.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support key business decisions.
• Assist in forecasting and identifying opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
• Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Offer guidance on financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion.
• Build strong relationships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing solutions to mitigate or capitalise on them.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA or have equivalent experience - Essential
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis - Essential
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders - Essential
• An ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights - Essential
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling - Essential
• Familiarity with accounting software and advanced Excel skills - Essential
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Essential
