Finance Business Partner

Reed Finance is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a client based in Glasgow City Centre. There is hybrid working on offer with three days in the office and two from home. Our client is open to both qualified and QBE accountants.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support that will influence key business decisions. You will be responsible for analysing financial data related to contracts, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to optimise performance. A key aspect of the role will be monitoring and analysing the financial performance of individual overhead departments.

The main responsibilities the position entails are:

• Production of Annual Budgeting & Forecasts at a support department level
• Production of Monthly Management Accounts
• Supporting the budget holders with all key management information
• Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving informed decision-making
• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights to influence key business decisions and drive financial success

To be considered for the role you must possess the following:

• Qualified or qualified by experience accountant
• Previous experience in a similar role with business partnering duties
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Your ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving financial success across the organisation.
