Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance
• Experience in a similar role, and business partnering with cost centre owners
• Working to towards a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• A proactive and analytical mindset to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
