Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting budgeting, pricing, and ad hoc financial analysis across the business
• Collaborating with engineers and project leads to report on project performance and consolidate data into broader financial models
• Building and improving systems and processes to enhance data capture and reporting
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand project time lines, budgets, and financial risks
• Producing financial reports and presenting insights to senior leadership
• Contributing to the implementation of new systems and tools to support business growth

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Project Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner / Commercial Analyst / Management Accountant
• Exposure to project-based environments, ideally within defence, manufacturing, or R&D sectors
• A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and stakeholder engagement
• Strong Excel skills (Power BI experience is a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
