Finance Business Partner

What you'll be doing:
* Be the trusted finance partner to senior project leads and leadership teams
* Lead the development of robust forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans
* Deliver clear and actionable financial analysis to inform key decisions
* Identify risks and opportunities and support the business in navigating them
* Create and improve processes that drive financial efficiency and transparency
* Present financial performance insights that challenge thinking and add value
* Collaborate across finance and operational teams to ensure consistent, accurate reporting
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects requiring financial leadership

What we're looking for:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
* Proven ability to turn data into commercial insight that supports decision-making
* A confident communicator who can influence and build relationships at all levels
* Experience supporting large or complex projects with a strong commercial lens
* A proactive problem-solver, comfortable managing ambiguity and competing priorities
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
