We're working with a growing, forward-thinking business that's looking to add a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to their expanding team.

This is a newly created role due to growth - a brilliant opportunity for someone recently qualified and ready to step into a true business partnering position.

• Taking full ownership of the end-to-end management accounts process across a group of 9-10 businesses

• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the group - building strong relationships and positively influencing decision-making

• Analysing financial performance and trends, identifying risks and opportunities

• Providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making, budgeting and forecasting

• Some UK travel required - typically 2 to 3 times a month - to maintain strong business relationships

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - ideally recently qualified

• Strong understanding of the full management accounts process

• A confident communicator - someone who enjoys building relationships and working closely with stakeholders

• Experience in a client-facing role or coming from a private practice background would be ideal

• A proactive, inquisitive approach - comfortable digging into the detail and challenging the numbers

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
