Job Description - Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join one of our top clients near Huntingdon St Ives on a permanent basis. As a highly driven and focused Business Partner you will be responsible for producing insightful financial forecasts and profitability scenarios that support the businesses strategic aims.

The Role of Finance Business Partner:

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reports
Produce financial reports analysing revenue, profitability, and business unit performance
Work closely with Managing Directors, Project, Commercial and Operations teams to support financial decision-making.
Partner with project teams to assess and monitor major project budgets and financial performance
Identify process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
Contribute to capital expenditure analysis and operational cashflow planning
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (UK & IFRS), tax legislation, and company policies

The Ideal Candidate:

ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
Experience in a finance business partnering role
Strong analytical and commercial acumen
Confident decision-maker with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Highly competent in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A full UK driving licence is essential
