We’re hiring a Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing and supportive finance team within a fast-paced large complex business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition from audit, practice, or reporting into a hands-on commercial finance role with fantastic exposure across a strategically important business unit.

What you’ll be doing: As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to commercial and operational teams, supporting decision-making and driving performance through insightful financial analysis.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, as well as provide commentary and analysis on key drivers of revenue and profitability. There will be no involvement in month end duties, this is handled by an offshore finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process
  
  
• Producing regular management reporting with insightful variance analysis
  
  
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders (e.g. product, marketing, operations)
  
  
• Providing analysis to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions
  
  
• Assisting with pricing and profitability reviews
  
  
• Supporting continuous process improvement in financial reporting and planning
  
  
• Contributing to strategic projects and wider finance transformation initiatives
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  
  
• Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
  
  
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop commercial skills
  
  
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting or management reporting is a plus (either in industry or through practice)
