The role will be based at the Head Office in Central Doncaster but will offer a hybrid working model, with the ability to work from home 2 days a week.

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll provide support for the preparation of financial analysis and guidance to support decision making within the Sales and Productions teams. Within the role, you’ll business partner with the Account Managers and Contract Delivery Managers to analyse financial results, manage the budgeting and forecasting process and focus on profit driven results.

Duties will include: -

• Business partnering with Account Managers and Contract Delivery Managers to ensure financial targets are achieved
• Support and develop greater financial awareness and understanding within functional Sales & Production Management Teams
• Conduct relevant financial analysis to support decision making on profitability and effective cost control
• Support the delivery of the Mid Term Planning process (MTP) for relevant Sales account managers and Production managers
• Preparation of month end reports, commentaries, and reporting packs, to demonstrate an understanding of the cause of variances
• Support the continuous improvement of Flow Profitability reporting and analysis
• Highlight adverse variances to functional management and recommend actions

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experiences: -

• CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified (Qualified by Experience will also be considered)
• Good analytical skills
• Strong communicator
• Ability to work to multiple deadlines
• Organised and methodical approach
