Finance Business Partner

We are delighted to be partnering with a Not-for-Profit in Buckinghamshire to recruit a Finance Business Partner, paying up to £50,000 per annum, plus hybrid working.

This charity is committed to changing lives for the better through expert care, raising awareness and research.

Finance Business Partner:

• Lead and manage the financial service for Research and Medical Services.
• Complete budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Regular meetings with budget holders.
• Provide high quality financial insight.
• Promote continuous improvement for systems and processes.
• Develop detailed knowledge of income and expenditure projections.
• Mitigate commercial risk.
• Develop relationships and understanding of external stakeholders.

Finance Business Partner:

• CCAB qualified or equivalent, or working towards qualification.
• Previous experience driving business performance through financial and KPI reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to a broad range of stakeholders.
• A track record of delivering budgets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan and manage work independently.
• Flexible approach to work duties.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting acumen.
• Proven ability to provide expert financial support that delivers sound financial governance.
• Strong awareness of commercial and financial risks.
• Excellent team player.

Finance Business Partner:

• £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
