Finance Business Partner

* Up to £70,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities
* Drive financial and operational excellence across the business
* Promote best practices in financial management and governance
* Lead cost-saving, lean, and continuous improvement programmes
* Deliver departmental KPIs and personal development goals
* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights
* Analyse and challenge weekly P&L performance; lead P&L reviews
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling (P&L, cashflow, balance sheet)
* Own and manage divisional profit improvement plans
* Evaluate investment opportunities and costings for new/existing products
* Ensure strong financial governance and audit readiness
* Lead and support financial compliance with internal controls
* Continuous improvement of reporting and financial systems
* Lead by example in professional behaviours and values
* Collaborate across departments to develop innovative solutions
* Mentor junior finance colleagues and support team-wide progression

What We are Looking For:
* Experienced Finance Business Partner
* Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
* Solid experience with management accounts and balance sheet reviews
* High-level Excel and systems literacy
* Excellent numeracy and written communication
* Ideally experience in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry
* Background in cash forecasting and financial risk management
