Our client, is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance across the business. • Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insight and drive commercial performance.

• Lead on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for key business areas.

• Support strategic planning through accurate and insightful financial modelling.

• Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives across the business.

• Develop and present business cases for investment and change projects.

• Provide clear and actionable reporting to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

• Ensure financial control, governance, and compliance are maintained.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

• Experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role.

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
