Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance you will ensure departmental performance is accurate and informative and drive performance by providing pro-active insight and advice to support strategic decision making.

• Accurate financial reporting, information and analysis to support decision making and modelling.
• Business partner with Directors and Heads of Department to drive financial accountability across the manufacturing areas
• Review, and maintain operational standards across the business
• Ensure departments are held accountable for their costs and any variances to budget
• Support Sales and Ops Planning process

You will be;

• Qualified Accountant with advanced Excel experience
• Ability to build relationships at all levels
• Driven and self-motivated with excellent time management
• Proactive with a strong team work ethic

Previous manufacturing experience is not essential
