Job Description - Finance Business Partner

The Role:

We are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a fast-growth and highly profitable business based in Northamptonshire on the hire of a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop budgeting and forecasting data for capital expenditures and development costs and incorporate them into long-term planning and overall budget and forecast models.
Experience in preparing and presenting CAPEX-focused financial reports to senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making
Proven ability to create and present capital expenditure financial reports to executive stakeholders for informed decision-making
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the financial management of capital expenditure projects, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and post-investment evaluations.
Participate in regular meetings with project teams to review updated cost-to-complete estimates for construction projects, questioning assumptions and schedules when appropriate.
Serve as the financial lead in assessing new development initiatives and potential pipeline projects.
Assist with preparation of subsidiary statutory accountants on an annual basis
Adhoc project work as instructed by the Finance Director and Financial Controller.

The Ideal Candidate:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant
Strong communicator with the ability to challenge internal stakeholders
A true value add mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
Essential that you will have some experience managing ongoing CAPEX projects.

What they Offer:

Up to £60,000 base salary
£8,000 car allowance
25% Bonus model (split across EBITDA and personal performance)
Hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
