• Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and partnering with non-finance
• Strong ability to interpret and present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships.
