Join a leading international manufacturer in the building based in Ipswich. We are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with our Finance Director. This role is ideal for someone who is CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified and possesses a strong business and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Finance Director to support strategic financial objectives across the business.
• Implement continuous improvement in reporting, analysis, and planning to enhance business resilience and efficiency.
• Utilise advanced tools such as Excel, Qlik Sense, and Power BI for clear, actionable financial analysis.
• Engage in key financial activities including pricing strategy, margin management, and budgeting.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling to support business planning.
• Manage stakeholder requirements with integrity and uphold the Finance function's standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification with relevant experience in business partnering or commercial finance.
• Expertise in financial modelling and Excel.
• Proficiency in IT and financial software like Qlik or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
