• A London based Think Tank is looking for a new Finance Business Partner to join their team.
• We are looking for a qualified accountant with excellent communications skills and a good understanding of the production of management accounts.

The Role

The Finance Business Partner will lead on the production of the management accounts, budget and forecasts for their area of the business. You will need to have strong communications skills to articulate finance jargon with you budget holders in a digestible format. You will also support the wider finance team to achieve business objectives and drive process improvement.

Main Duties

• Produce the management accounts, budgets and forecasts for your business area
• Ensure your department understands its financial position and ensure their spend is tracking within budget
• Drive continuous process improvement to find more efficient ways of working, supporting the overall finance team

The Successful Candidate

• Qualified accountant
• Experience producing the management accounts or exposure to it if your role has been in audit
• Strong communication skills

What’s on offer?

• £55,000-£60,000
• Hybrid working (2 days in the office)
