Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for:

• Quarterly budget monitoring and forecasting
• Monthly budget meetings and financial support
• Oversight and partial ownership of finance functions
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting budgeting, final accounts and audit processes
• Treasury support, including cash reconciliation and short-term borrowing
• Ownership of staffing data and capital recharges
• Supporting business cases

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Business Partner / Commercial Accountant / Management Accountant / Accountant
• Business partnering experience, including forecasting, budgeting and year-end cycles
• To be AAT qualified or near completion, or have other qualifications
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders across different services
