Job Description - Finance Business Partner

We’re working with a family-owned, award-winning construction business who are looking for a hands-on Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. The Role

Partner with project and commercial teams across multiple sites, providing accurate financial insight to help deliver projects successfully.
Produce quarterly project appraisals, management accounts packs and variance analysis.
Drive improvements in reporting, processes, and automation to create efficiencies across finance.
Support budget holders with performance reviews, identifying savings and managing risks.
Provide leadership in evolving management information and reporting.

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with extensive PQE.
Strong background in management reporting and business partnering.
Commercially minded with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Confident working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Construction sector experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
