Finance Business Partner

This is an award-winning family owned business who have experienced significant growth over the past few years. They are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. In this role you will support in designing and implementing tools to enable and drive greater accountability throughout the business.

Working as part of a larger team this is a dynamic and growing organisation, you will have a right first time attitude with commercial intelligence at the forefront of your decision making.

You will be a Qualified Accountant with extensive experience in a Finance Business partner role and be ready to join a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Your core role will include:

• Liaise with Project and Commercial Managers across multiple sites to drive timely, correct and efficient data output
• Drive the evolution of management information and analysis- identifying areas of improvement and growth to be as efficient and impactful as possible
• Creating and developing reports designed to analyse current business issues and evaluate progress
• Provision of timely and accurate information to support decision-making by management
• Attend monthly project review meetings to understand and report on project positions and identify risks or opportunities.

Your CV should demonstrate

• Ability to be adaptable to changing needs and priorities pivoting between regular deadlines and ad hoc requests simultaneously
• Results oriented with a desire to drive strategic and commercial outcomes
• Highly numerate with ability to draw meaningful conclusions and drive actions from financial analysis.
• Logical, with a strong drive to understand commercial drivers of the business
• Good presence and influencing skills - ideally demonstrated through working with senior management.

This role is based on the outskirts of Stansted and offers a desirable remuneration package depending on experience. There is hybrid working (after probation with 3 days in the office and 2 at home), Pension, 25 Days Holiday + BH, Private Medical, DIS, EAP, Share Incentive Plan and Bonus.
