Location: London Bridge (2 days a week hybrid)

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £70,000-£80,000

We're hiring a commercially astute Finance Business Partner on a 12-month FTC. Working closely with the Sales Director, you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and decision-making across the commercial function.

This role requires a confident communicator who thrives on collaboration, loves solving problems, and brings deep SAP S/4HANA experience to help us navigate the post-implementation phase.

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the Sales Director and broader commercial team
• Provide actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and support growth plans
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team
• Deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support commercial initiatives
• Leverage your SAP S/4HANA expertise to ensure smooth integration and optimisation post-implementation

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner within FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in a post-go-live environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
