Finance Business Partner

Be part of a fast-moving FMCG business where finance and operations work side by side to deliver results.

We're on the lookout for a proactive Finance Business Partner who can turn data into decisions and insight into impact. In this role, you'll work closely with site and operational teams, using your financial expertise to highlight opportunities, influence performance, and drive profitability. It's a hands-on position where your analysis will directly shape how the business performs today and grows tomorrow.

Location: Canterbury

Working setup: Full time on site

Salary: up to £50,000

Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, enhanced pension

Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Do:

• Analyse daily production and operational performance, spotting trends and variances to drive improvements

• Provide clear, timely, and insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders

• Partner with site and operations teams to boost profitability through data-driven decision-making

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and BI tools (Excel, Qlik)

• Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure accuracy in reporting and contribute to strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience with Excel modelling, BI tools, and a background in finance or business analysis

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively

• Organised, proactive, and confident working independently under pressure and to tight deadlines
