Finance Business Partner

Eleanor Banks Recruitment is partnering with a growing and commercially focused organisation in Wakefield to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and influencing key business decisions. You will act as a trusted finance partner across multiple business functions, helping drive performance, profitability and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge.

* Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports.

* Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.

* Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Deliver detailed variance analysis and commercial recommendations.

* Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions.

* Produce KPI dashboards and board-level reporting.

* Support investment appraisals and business cases.

* Drive continuous improvements across finance processes and reporting.

* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

* ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified.

* Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant.

* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.

* Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

* Experience using ERP systems.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to influence decision-making at senior management level.
