Finance Business Partner – Basingstoke / hybrid

The opportunity:

Strategic Financial Leadership

Support the delivery of a finance strategy aligned with wider business goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight on performance, planning, and operational development.
Global Finance Operations

Work closely with global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial practices.
Resolve complex financial queries raised by senior leaders and operational teams.
Analysis & Planning

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic plans.
Produce high‑quality financial analysis, including trend reporting and scenario modelling.
Business Partnering

Provide clear, actionable financial advice to non‑finance teams.
Collaborate with senior management to guide decision‑making and challenge performance.
Process Improvement & Reporting

Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved reporting.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations highlighting key drivers and performance trends.
Monitor and challenge business performance to ensure alignment with financial and operational goals.
What We’re Looking For

Finalist or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis processes.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with fantastic communication and partnering skills
Proactive, commercially focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Advanced Excel modelling skills; experience with Power BI highly desirable.
