Job Description - Finance Business Partner

Morgan McKinley is proud to be working in partnership with a global business to recruit a detail-oriented Finance Business Partner who is keen to work in a pivotal role driving financial success of the business by partnering with the senior leadership team, wider business functions and developing financial forecasting.

Finance Business Partner : Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid) : £55,000pa to £65,000pa plus great benefits and dynamic working

Working closely with the Head of Finance and wider business functions, the Key Duties of the role include:

Preparing and presenting Financial reports including variance analysis
Regularly monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
Staying up to date with industry trends and conditions to identify the impact on financial projections
Partnering up with senior leaders to develop and refine the company's strategy plan

The ideal candidate profile:

Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Proven track record in Finance Business Partnering and/or FP&A
Strong analytical skills alongside great attention to detail
Confident in presenting financial information up the ladder and being able to tell the strategic story

Salary and Benefits:
