Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner required for a private equity backed, technology company based in Basingstoke!

£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Stanton House are exclusively partnering with a private equity back, technology business to hire a Finance Business Partner. We are seeking a qualified and experienced commercial professional to join a dynamic team. You will actively be contributing to enhancing their sales metrics and analytics, have responsibility for the forecast and budget of your division as well as supporting on ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic decision making.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Highly analytical and competent with analysing large complex datasets from multiple sources and providing strong financial analysis, translating it into insightful presentations
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage with executives and non-finance individuals
• Capable of strategic thinking
• Prior experience of supporting with automation and process improvements
• Proactive work ethic and a “Can Do” attitude
• Experience of working in a highly dynamic and fast past environment
• Accuracy and attention to detail

A little more information about the role:

• Act as key business partner for the division, ensuring financial information supports the objectives and long-term business plans
• Understanding the businesses value drivers and offering challenges and decision support
• Support the sales team with understanding their metrics
• Challenge submissions from business units to ensure the robustness of forecasts
• Ad-hoc projects to include supporting the team with driving process improvements forward and providing additional analysis where required
